Package Your Items
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, ensuring all tags and labels remain attached.
Send via Your Preferred Courier
Affix the returns address label to your parcel and drop it off at your local post office or courier point; we recommend obtaining a proof of postage receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.
